She earned her Civil Law degree and Master of Notary (M.Kn.) from Universitas Indonesia, and brings over a decade of top-tier experience from leading law firms in Jakarta. Maria expertly advises corporations and financial institutions on IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, project finance, foreign investments, and employment law.
Her proficiency extends to restructuring for both lenders and debtors, showcasing her versatility and strategic insight. Notably, she has served as Administrator for two prominent Indonesian companies in the bicycle and shipping sectors. Licensed to practice law in Indonesian courts and recognized as a capital market legal consultant by the OJK, Maria is also a registered Receiver and Administrator with the Ministry of Law and Human Rights.
